2. Venue Booking & Reservations
All venue bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit payment. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Booking Process
- Initial inquiry and venue tour scheduling
- Proposal and quote delivery within 48 hours
- Contract signing and deposit payment (30% of total)
- Final guest count confirmation 14 days before event
- Balance payment due 7 days before event date
3. Payment Terms
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or certified check. All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment schedules are outlined in your individual contract.,
Late payments may incur additional charges and could affect your reservation status. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any payment difficulties.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business operations:
- More than 180 days before event: Full deposit refund minus administrative fee
- 90-180 days before event: 50% deposit refund
- Less than 90 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable
- Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability

To ensure the enjoyment of all guests and the preservation of our historic venues, we ask that you and your guests respect our property and follow our guidelines.

6. Liability & Insurance
While we maintain comprehensive venue insurance, clients are required to obtain event liability insurance for their celebration. We are not responsible for personal belongings or gifts left on the premises.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, may result in event postponement or cancellation without penalty.
